2. Shipping areas and shipping costs
Within Slovakia:
We provide standard shipping services for customers within Slovakia. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout and vary depending on your specific address and the shipping method you choose.
Other European countries:
We provide shipping services to many European countries, and shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination country, package weight and size. You can see the exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time at checkout.
International Shipping:
In addition to Europe, we also support international shipping services. Shipping costs will be adjusted according to the destination country, the weight of the goods and the selected shipping method. The estimated delivery time for international shipping will be longer, please verify the shipping time and cost at checkout.

3. Shipping Time
Within Slovakia:
Standard Shipping: 5 working days
Expedited Shipping: 2 working days (only for some areas)
In Europe:
Standard Shipping: 7 working days
Expedited Shipping: 4 working days
International Shipping:
Standard Shipping: 14 working days
Expedited Shipping: 10 working days

4. Import and Export Standards and Customs Procedures
We ensure that all products meet the import and export standards for international shipping. For international orders, you need to pay attention to the following points:
Duties and Taxes:
For international orders, the customs of the destination country may impose duties and value-added tax (VAT) on the package. These charges are your responsibility and may be collected by customs or the courier when the package reaches its destination.
